SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship all of orders within 1 working day of purchase. Purchase time and demand can impact our shipment date. We will notify you of any delay beyond 1 working day.
Our standard national delivery timeframe is within 24 Hours.
At times of high demand our product can be out of stock, we will notify you if we cannot fulfill the order within the specified time frame and re-arrange delivery or process a refund.
We charge a fixed €12.30 inc.VAT per roll for all deliveries.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Papa Turf we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so we offer Free Samples to ensure you are making an informed decision before purchase.
We do this because we cannot offer refunds once the Artificial Grass has been delivered.
Quality is at the upmost importance to us and ensuring a great quality product is received. If there are any issues with the quality of the shipment we will replace this for you.

Papa Turfs products cover a 5 and 6 year colour guarantee warranty, this warranty does not cover wear and tear damage . Please check which turf falls under its warranty if you wish to claim. We do not accept exchanges for any damaged goods post delivery, please notify hello@papaturf.ie if you wish to claim your warranty.
